Living Room

The large living room has been designed to accommodate evenings of grand entertaining. A double-high alder wood coffered ceiling is accented with hand-hewn poplar beams and  inished with an exquisitely crafted, hand-forged, custom chandelier from Steven Handelman Studios of Santa Barbara. The room’s oversized, custom crafted wood burning fireplace features a carved imported Italian limestone mantle, hand-painted tiles, and antique Belgian firebrick.

Pool and Spa

Removed from the main residence, completely surrounded by nature’s beauty, is a secluded pool house retreat where you can luxuriate in the sparking pool and spa or, on warm summer evenings, enjoy intimate candlelight dining under the stars.

The Outdoor Living Room

The home’s exterior living room offers a relaxed and comfortable setting to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the outdoors. Whether it’s quietly greeting a new day with a cup of coffee, or entertaining friends with a lavish alfresco feast created at the food preparation island, the surroundings provide the perfect stage for life’s pleasures. With glass doors that open wide on each side to give you a 360 degree view, here you can let the distractions of the world melt away while nature gently unfolds around you.

Theater

Indulge yourself in the home’s 12 seat movie theater complete with a custom designed alder bar; Native Trails copper sink and bronze mirrored tile backsplash; fabric panel walls to provide for acoustical perfection; plush carpeting; and leather motion seating. There is plenty of storage for your movie collection in the media storage cabinet while the iron wall sconces give a soft lighting to the room.

Kitchen

Open and spacious, the gourmet kitchen is infused with custom touches that bring a warm and inviting atmosphere to the room. The floor is created from 19^th century terra cotta imported from France; the kitchen fixtures are oil rubbed bronze; and the counters are Caesar stone backed by ceramic tile imbedded with custom made bronze accent tile. Appliances include  Sub Zero refrigerator full freezer, Wolf duel oven range; two dishwashers by Miele; Rohl single bowl  and prep fireclay sinks; built-in Miele capsule coffee system and built-in Wolf convection microwave. 

 Family Room

The comfortable family room is designed for an easy flow into the kitchen to create a casual gathering point for friends and family. Adding to its character, the double-high ceiling invites the home’s second floor into the room while showcasing its magnificently executed hand-forged iron railing.

Breakfast Room

Overlooking the Koi pond, the home’s breakfast room was designed to soak in the beauty of the rear grounds. The room’s several Old English arched windows marry perfectly with the 19^th century imported French terra cotta flooring; custom made brass sconces and light fixture; and the recessed ceiling that features aged wood planks.

Library 

The two-level library offers an abundance of rich, alder shelving complete with map drawers; a fireplace with Italian limestone mantle; and a connecting double helix walnut staircase that leads you to the library’s second-level. There, a hand distressed wrought iron railing wraps the room while additional bookcases line the walls.  It’s then finished with a snowflake-design wood beamed ceiling that showcases a beautifully crafted iron chandelier.
